  1. Hello, I am writing this email because I have a problem when starting a session to enter my account on Instagram. A few days ago I lost my cell phone, and when I log into Instagram on a new cell phone it asks me for a security number for double-factor-authentication, but since I don’t have my old cell phone there is no way I can receive those codes and on top of that in that cell phone was the only device that was log in with my account so there is not a single device that is log in to my account in order for me to make changes on the settings, I would really appreciate it if you help me with this as soon as possible because I am very worried about losing my account. Thank you
