If you are using old versions of FaceTime, try to get a newer one. Your IP is abandoned Not all devices are allowed to use FaceTime, and your phone or Mac can be one of them. The restriction of some IPs can be due to country rules or just because FaceTime servers are not accessible in that region. Your camera or microphone is broken What if the error is not with the application? It can be one of the possibilities. If your iPhone’s camera or microphone is not working correctly, it can indicate you the FaceTime app itself is not out of command.
