If you want to visit insights into one of your Instagram posts, go to your profile, tap on the post, click on the “view insight” below the photo.

This insight shows the number of activities that accounts took on your profile by seeing your post ( visiting your profile, clicks on your website link or following you )

This insight also has data on a post’s reach which shows you the number of unique accounts that saw your post.
- Home: People who watch your post from their feed page.
- Search & Explore: Users who searched for specific keywords or found your post on their Explore feed.
- Profile: The number of users who saw your post from your profile page
- Location: Users who viewed your post from searching on location feed
- Hashtags: The number of people who found your post via a hashtag search
- Other: The number of times that your post was shared via direct message, saved or they were mentioned under it.

One of the best things about using Instagram business profile is that you can view insights into your stories too, This insight isn’t available for live videos though. To look into your stories insights, go to your profile, tap o the icon of the bar chart to go to your overall insights.

This insight shows you how many times your story was seen.If your story has been viewed by a unique user more than once, Instagram will count that as one impression.

On your overall insights, you can find a summary of your Instagram follower demographics including gender, age group, and location. You need to have at least 100 Instagram followers to be able to see these insights.
