By When was the last time you paid attention to a celebrity’s Instagram bio?
Has it been ever? If your answer is “absolutely not”, I don’t blame you. Everyone acts like this, because let’s face it, when you are famous, nothing else matters for your fans, except knowing about your personal life.
Just like most celebrity Instagram feeds are loaded with photos of them looking hot and moody in exotic places, most celebrity Instagram bios go like this, “I’m famous, here is a link to some branded content. PS: have you noticed that I have thousands of more Instagram followers than you? Cower in the face of my importance! Love you.”
But today, as I was researching an utterly unrelated thing on Instagram, I somehow got into Diplo’s Instagram page, read his Instagram bio, laughed out loud for a couple of minutes and showed it to all of my friends at work, none of whom thought it was as funny as I did.
Then I wondered to myself, ”wow, do any another celebrities have funny Instagram bios?” and that’s how I started writing this article. J
Here are 10 of my favorites, or the only LOL famous people’s Instagram bios I could find.
1- Diplo

This bio cracked me up for sure.
2- Sophie Turner
“I’m a real liability.”
Okay! But why?
3- Kourtney Kardashian
“Heartless. Download my app.”
Something about the self-promotion and casual quote of savagery really tickles my laughing bone.
4- Tyra Banks
“Trying to get back the ass I had back in the day…while eating barbecue ribs.”
What a classic dilemma!
5- Gerard Butler
“Actor, Producer, Scotsman. My friends call me Gerry.”
My friends call me Gerry? So precious, never change!
6- Bella Hadid
“…and so it dives emoji, dove emoji, dove emoji, dove emoji.”
Okay, so this one is less of a LOL kind of Instagram bio, and more of an “I need to laugh because I don’t know how else to process this,” kind of bio.
7- Allison Williams

This can be the most sincere Instagram bio of all time!
8- Lena Dunham

“45th President-of the United States.”
Too soon?
10- Salma Hayek Pinault

It’s like the check by your name wasn’t enough to convince me you are the real you!

Celebrities are taking advantage of Instagram bio to reveal deep, philosophical thoughts and own anecdotes that went previously unshared. Look at your favorite Instagram bios to get an idea of how they really see themselves.
